Matzo Crack

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F, and place 6 Matzot on a lined baking sheet
In a pot, melt together the sugar and butter until bubbling, then let it boil for 2-3 more minutes stirring consistently
Once the mixture has cooked, pour it over the matzot and quickly spread to make sure everything is covered before placing in the oven for ten minutes
Once out of the oven, sprinkle chocolate chips over the Matzot generously, and let them sit for a couple minutes until melted before spreading the chocolate until everything is covered
Sprinkle with flaky salt, place in the fridge until hardened, and break into smaller pieces to enjoy
